  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Folding Magic LLC ships merchandise to USA and international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If package is lost please contact your local post office. We have proof of delivery on file (for orders in the USA) and can send upon request. With international shipping delivery times may vary. It usually takes 7-14 days to arrive to countries outside the USA. Once the package arrives in the country, it goes into the customs department. Some customs departments have taken up to 1 to 2 months to deliver an item. These occasions of a 2 month delivery are very rare but we have to mention this. We could also ship international priority mail if you'd like. This has a faster delivery rate but, does cost a lot more.
